Registration Verfication - Rakufun Japan Forwarding Service

Rakufun supports members sending packages of goods purchased in Japan to Rakufun's warehouse, and then forward them to all parts of the world through our warehouse.

If you are not familiar with our shipping process, please read the following carefully.

Step 1: Upload an address

1. Log in to your account and enter the "Address" page.

2. Click the "Add Address" button.

3. Fill in shipping address (recipient name, phone number, address, etc.) according to requirements.

4. After submitting, wait for customer service staff to review.

5. After the review is passed, this address will be available.

Step 2: Select the package to ship

1. On the "Package" page, check the package in the "Registered" status.

2. Click the "Ship" button.

3. Select a shipping route and check the route rules.

4. After confirmation, click "Confirm".

Note: If you select multiple packages and click the [Ship] button, selected packages will be consolidated into one package for shipment; if you only select one package for [Ship], it will be shipped as a single package.

Step 3: Select address&value-added service

1. Confirm the recipient information and address.

2. Select value-added services (such as box changing, reinforcement, etc.) as needed.

3. If it is a common route, recipient or service, you can turn on the "Remember" switch so that it can be automatically filled in the next time it is shipped, which is more convenient.
