    Due to the deteriorating Middle East situation and closure of Israel's airspace, DHL has suspended all domestic operations in Israel and international air express parcel services to Israel with immediate effect. The resumption date remains undetermined and will be announced via official channels.       Order Handling:      Customers who paid for parcels to Israel via Rakufun on June 18 and whose packages remain unshipped should contact online customer service immediately for a free order cancellation. NOTICE: DHL Suspension of Services to Canada

       Due to the strike action announced by Unifor, the Canadian union, starting at 12:00 PM (GMT-4) on June 8, DHL's domestic operations in Canada will be suspended from Friday, June 20 (local time). As a result, the following adjustments to DHL international parcel services are notified:   1. Delivery      - From Wednesday, June 18, 2025, all DHL parcel services to Canada will be suspended.      - Recovery: The resumption date is currently undetermined. We will announce updates promptly.   2. Order Handling    If you have paid for a parcel to Canada by June 17 and the status has not been updated to "Shipped," please contact customer service immediately to apply for a free order cancellation. Notice on Increased Shipment for Japan Post

The shipment frequency will be increased from 3 times a week to 5 times a week. Announcement on the upgrade of photo checking service

    In order to optimize the service experience and more accurately meet your needs, we will upgrade the value-added service at 01:00 (Japan time) on May 5, 2025 (Monday). The adjustment details are announced as follows:     1. Photo checking (Standard)    500 JPY/time    If you need to confirm the condition of the package before shipment, you could contact customer service to apply for this service.    We will provide: 1 photo of the package outer box, 1 photo of the express delivery bill and 8 photos of the product.    (If there are product details and invoices, we will also be photographed. )    (If there are more than 80 products, or more than 8 photos of the products need to be taken, please apply for the deluxe version of photo checking. )    Notes:    *If the customer finds that the package does not match the purchased product after receiving it, applying for this service and unboxing video recording can protect your customer rights and facilitate communication on subsequent compensation matters.    *If there is a need to confirm the product special code in advance, please refer to this service.    *We will unpack the box, and the product packaging box will not be unpacked by default.    *The service is only for a single package, not for packages after consolidation.     2. Photo checking (Deluxe)    1,000 JPY/time    If you need to confirm the condition before shipment, you could contact customer service to apply for this service.    The warehouse will provide: 1 photo of the package outer box, 1 photo of the express delivery bill, and 28 photos of the product for your confirmation.     (If there are product details and invoices, they will also be taken. )    (If there are more than 200 products, or more than 28 photos of the products need to be taken, please contact online customer service to apply for special photo checking service. )     *Special photo checking service    Additional charges will be made based on the number of items exceeding the limit. Notice: Adjustment of Rakufun x NETSEA Event Rules

Dear Rakufun users, Recently, NETSEA found that some users maliciously exploited event benefits via illegal means and third-party brushing, harming legitimate users' rights and platform fairness. To safeguard the platform order and users' rights, we adjust the event rules: 1. From April 29, 2025, all new user welfare activities in the Rakufun x NETSEA event will be suspended, including new user registration coupons and in-site gift packages. 2. NETSEA will revoke the coupon eligibility of rule-breaking users, and Rakufun will cancel the international freight coupon rights accordingly. Notes: 1. New NETSEA users who registered before 13:00 on April 28, 2025, and completed their first order on the same day can still participate and enjoy all benefits. 2. Users who registered and passed the review before April 15 will receive coupons as originally scheduled. Examples: 1) New users registering on April 26 and ordering on April 28 are eligible. 2) Users registering at 12:59 on April 28 and ordering by 23:59 on the same day are eligible. 3) Users registering at 13:01 on April 28 are ineligible. 4) Users registering on April 14 are eligible.     In order to ensure that your packages are handled efficiently and orderly during the May holiday (May 1-May 5, 2025) and avoid affecting the shipment due to holiday arrangements, Rakufun has made targeted adjustments to the warehouse operation, the shipping plan and the online time of the customer service.    The specific arrangements are as follows. Please be informed in advance and plan the delivery matters reasonably: 1. Warehouse    May 1 (Thu), May 2 (Fri), and May 5 (Mon) will carry out package signing, value-added services, and delivery as usual.    May 3 (Sat) and May 4 (Sun) are regular holidays for the warehouse. 2. Shipping ①Japan Post (EMS/AIR/SEA)    EMS: During the holiday, the warehouse will carry out packaging and delivery as usual.     Air/SEA: Due to the holiday, delivery is not possible.    The last delivery time before the holiday: April 30, 2025 (Wed). For parcels that wish to be shipped before the holiday, please complete payment before 16:00 (Japan time) on April 29, 2025 (Tue). Parcels that are paid after the payment deadline will be shipped from May 7, 2025 (Wed). ②DHL    April 29, 2025 (Tue), May 5 (Mon), and May 6 (Tue) are holidays and cannot be shipped.    The last warehouse shipment date before the holiday is May 2, 2025 (Fri). For parcels that wish to be shipped before the holiday, please complete payment before 11:00 (Japan time) on May 2, 2025 (Fri).
